"Awesome experience"
The whole thing went off without a hitch. Super easy to follow. They had a solid rate for my car loan requirements. Joseph Hernandez, the agent, was really professional and took his time to explain everything clearly. One downside was that I only got an offer from one lender, so there weren't any choices to pick from. Still, I'm really happy with the service I received from Rate Genius.

"Terrible Service and Lack of Support"
I’m only giving them one star since zero isn’t an option. We recently submitted all our details to this lender and were ready to refinance our truck. After sending everything, we got no updates about our vehicle. Dennis Ortiz handled all our paperwork, and we never heard from him again. After more than a month of trying to reach him, no one returned our calls. This is honestly the absolute worst customer service and company I’ve ever encountered. If you want a place with zero assistance, no way to contact anyone, and a total waste of your time, this is it. If you’re looking to save some cash… I’d suggest checking out other options.

The agent I worked with was really sharp, straightforward, and addressed all my inquiries. He also located the rate and auto warranty I needed, slashing my rate nearly by half through refinancing my auto loan.

"Assistance from Christine was a game changer"
I received support from a woman named Christine, and let me tell you, she was incredibly helpful and super friendly the whole time. Since I work five days a week, it made everything a bit tougher and stretched the process out longer than usual. But Christine kept at it, doing her best to simplify things for me. After about a month, we finally sorted everything out, and now I'm saving a nice chunk of change compared to what I used to pay.

"Overall, a pretty good experience"
Overall, a pretty good experience. The rep guided me through everything and made sure I knew what was happening and what I had to take care of. I'd rate it 5 stars, but having to run out and get some documents notarized and mail them was a bit of a hassle.

"Terrible experience I wish on no one..."
What a terrible experience I wish on no one! It took ages, seriously ages, and I was lied to over and over again. I had to resend documents a bunch of times and was promised reimbursement for the numerous notary fees, but that never happened. The delay was so bad that I ended up getting hit with a late fee from my old bank, and not a single manager bothered to reply to my inquiries. It was just a really costly ordeal. Plus, my new payment is higher than what I was initially told, and I had to make a payment *early* instead of getting that 2-month grace period I was promised. Just RUN AWAY!
